Hassan Allam Properties was founded in 1936 by the engineer Hassan Allam and later became one of the largest Egyptian construction companies, until it was nationalized in 1961. However, in 1971, Hassan Allam’s sons succeeded in regaining control of the company, making it the leading construction firm and largest contractor in Egypt, earning the trust of the Egyptian government which assigned it to undertake many national projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2000, the Hassan Allam Group launched Hassan Allam Properties (HAP), which later became one of the largest real estate companies in Egypt. Over the course of 22 years, the company has been able to create residential communities that provide luxury and happiness to their residents, in addition to owning a vast land bank in the most important Egyptian locations, enabling it to expand its projects to New Cairo, Katameya, October, the North Coast, and El Ain El Sokhna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
